DELIVERY FEES
A) Standard Delivery (via Runner)

• $3 for Brunei Muara, Tutong, Belait & Temburong
• 2-4 days for in-stock products

   * For deliveries to Temburong, Poslaju will be used.

B) Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

• Order to be placed before 9pm the day before
• $5 for Brunei Muara
• $8 for Tutong & Belait

C) Cash on Delivery / Meet Point Request

• Cash on Delivery requests will usually be automatically upgraded to Next Day Delivery unless the products are not in-stock. 
• $3 for Brunei Muara, Tutong, Belait & Temburong
• If nobody is available to pick-up after time has been agreed by runner/delivery service, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

PARCEL TRACKING - POSLAJU

• For deliveries using PosLaju, a tracking code will be provided after the package has been dropped off at Mail Processing Centre.
• Please use the Bru-Track app, downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store, to track your parcel.
