Numbuzin No.5 Vitamin Niacinamide Concentrated Toner Pad is a double sided toner pad, infused with niacinamide to target blemishes, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone and dull skin. The pads are soaked in a brightening essence infused with Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Niacinamide, Coenzyme Q10 and Glutathione to protect the skin barrier, brighten skin tone, and help reduce the appearance of dark spots. LHA and PHA clear away dead skin cells and impurities that may leave the skin dull and rough. The pads are constructed from 100% pure gauze cotton and include a jelly film to restore glowing and moisturized skin.
